In October 2023, we had 4,646 sales, which is THE WORST number of October sales since 1999, even accounting for the population growth and all the new homes being built. For context, the peak number of sales in the GTA was 15,623 in March 2021. In the 28-year history that we have recorded for TRREB MLS sales, we are 32% below the average of 6,806 homes sold.
