SOLD: DISTILLERY DISTRICT LOFT

SOLD: 764 sq ft loft in the Historic Distillery District!

We sold this loft for the highest price per square foot in the podium section of the building, only second to a unit with a balcony, unless than one week!

In the heart of the Historic Distillery District, this large one bedroom plus den is just dreamy.  It's 764 sq ft on the inside.  The soaring 11 ft and 10 ft ceilings make the unit look massive!  The 9.5 x 9.0 ft den is larger than most bedrooms in condos nowadays, so it's perfect for a second bedroom or office.  You could build a nice wall-to-wall custom storage unit too.

It has engineered hardwood flooring throughout the suite, wainscoting panels, exposed concrete ceilings.  The shower has a custom shower glass enclosure.  His and hers closets in the bedroom.  The stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer are included, as well as all lighting fixtures and custom roller shades.

If you know anything about 33 Mill Street, you'd know that the outdoor pool deck is the best condo pool deck in Toronto!  Who wants to hang out in a stuffy, musty indoor pool like in most other condo buildings?  Rather, you can pass the entire day outdoors with your neighbours, friends, and family.  The social aspect of this amenity is hard to describe unless you have experienced it yourself.  Everyone in the building gathers around the deck in the summer, with two large BBQ's (that you can use all year long), a designated smoker section far down the end (so that it's still kid friendly), and the best part is that you get to watch the sun set in the west with an unobstructed view.  The only thing may be a negative is that you won't get to share this experience with your pet (no pets on the pool deck please).

33 Mill Street: hands down, the best pool deck in Toronto.

There are a tonne of other amenities in the building, including a 24 hour concierge, movie room, party room, yoga room, meeting room, guest suites, gym, and saunas.  Also, the building is high tech, with free WiFi in the amenity areas and a digital building resident system (for package notifications, news updates, and important notices).  There's also paid visitor parking directly underground.  Some of your guests may not like the idea that you have to pay for parking, but having lived in this building for over 7 years, I've found that it's actually better to have paid parking available, compared to other condos that have only 3-4 free visitor parking stalls that are ALWAYS taken.
