These are two iconic towers are designed by renown "Starchitect" (architect) Frank Gehry. This project is anticipated to first occupy in early 2028, but with delays it will probably in 2029 or 2030. Three powerhouse developers are behind the project: Great Gulf, Dream Developments, and Westdale Properties.

The east tower at 266 King Street West will have 864 suites over 73 storeys, and the west tower is at 276 King Street West and will have 1,170 suites over 84 storeys, with a total of 2,034 suites. It will be mixed-use commercial and residential, commercial will be the first 7 floors. OCAD will be taking 25,000 sq ft facility “Princess of Wales Centre for Visual Arts”.

The suites will feature 9 ft ceilings (10 ft in the lower penthouse and 12 ft in the upper penthouse).
