Yes, it's hard to believe.  This downtown Toronto loft in the east side sold for over asking.  Buyers traditionally had their pick of condos, but as the supply of freehold housing shrinks and the cost skyrockets, naturally condos are getting a lift too.  An increasing number of families are choosing to live in downtown condos for the shorter commute times to the office, as well as the appeal of amenities and diversity that a major metropolitan city like Toronto has to offer.  

Due to the shortage of access to freehold homes, we pinned two potential buyers against each other and created our very own bidding war.  The result?  An extra 3% in the seller's pocket!
